By submitting a General Application, you will be added to our talent pool. Our team will review your submission and contact you when opportunities arise that align with your skills, experience, and career interests. This allows us to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings across our shops, including the Component Shop, Repair Station, Restoration Shop, and support functions.

If your background aligns with current or upcoming needs, you will be contacted for an initial discussion. We maintain general applications in our system for 12 months unless you request removal. RESPONSIBILITIES:

While specific duties depend on the position, team members at AirCorps Aviation typically contribute in one or more of the following areas:

  • Technical & Production Roles — CNC machining & programming, manual machining, fabrication, welding, sheet metal work, assembly, inspection, and aircraft restoration processes.
  • Support & Operations — Logistics, parts sourcing, inventory management, quality assurance, maintenance, and shop organization.
  • Administrative & Professional — Project management, customer service, accounting, engineering support, sales, marketing, and general administration.
  • General Expectations — Maintain a safe work environment, collaborate effectively with team members, uphold high quality standards, and contribute to a positive, professional shop culture.

All roles emphasize attention to detail, problem-solving, safety compliance, and a strong work ethic in support of world-class aircraft restoration projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated interest in aviation, historic aircraft restoration, precision manufacturing, or high-quality craftsmanship is highly desirable.
  • Relevant experience and/or education in your field of expertise.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills (for technical roles).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to teamwork.
  • Capability to work in a shop or office environment (physical requirements vary by role; many positions require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
