Not wanting to be defined only as restorers we have developed our fabrication capabilities and are regularly producing parts for the broader aerospace industry. AirCorps Aviation is proud to be a Certified FAA Repair Station (8ORR202D) we have been issued a Repair Station limited rating currently we hold landing gear and accessory ratings. We will consistently add components to our ” FAA Capabilities List” on an ongoing and customer demand basis. Our talented team would like to evaluate your needs, please contact us to discuss.

These services are performed at our state-of-the-art facility located in Bemidji MN (KBJI) It is also located near the Canadian border. Our facility is staffed with highly trained, flexible and responsive individuals who are A&P and IA-Qualified Aircraft Inspectors.

Landing Gear Rating

AirCorps Aviation Repair Station provides comprehensive landing gear overhaul services. Our facility houses vast technical resources, special purpose equipment and tooling required for landing gear overhaul, allowing us to execute premier work. Repair, machining, painting, non-destructive testing and final assembly are all handled by our dedicated and knowledgeable team of mechanics. Accessory Rating

AirCorps Aviation Repair Station repairs and overhauls a broad range of accessories and components for our customers. Our technicians provide quick turn around times and top quality work, which has earned AirCorps a reputation for superior service and tackling difficult work. What functions does the repair station perform?

The repair station inspects/repairs/overhauls any type of landing gear or aircraft accessory.

Do you only repair specific components?

No, we can repair other product as long as it falls within our Repair Station Ratings of Accessory or Landing Gear. We will work with you to acquire the required repair manuals, and or specifications and drawings.

What about AOG’s?

We can accommodate AOG’s.

What is the expected turnaround time for repair station product?

We’ve built a multi faceted business with a range of capabilities and FAA PMA quality system. We can often handle difficult processes, fabricating tools, fixtures or tooling internally that expedite turn around. Due to the varying complexity of every part it is something that is quantified in the quoting process.

Can you give me a repair estimate?

Repair estimates are provided after unit evaluation. In some cases a standard inspection / evaluation charge applies.

Do you have an Exchange program?

Yes. With certain components we are open to working with you to set up an exchange program to meet your requirements.
