Restoration Specialist III (Entry Level)

SUMMARY:

AirCorps Aviation is seeking skilled craftspeople who enjoy hands-on work, possess a strong attention to detail, and are eager to develop new expertise. This entry-level position provides an introduction to the foundational knowledge and techniques essential for precision assembly, fabrication, and restoration of aircraft structures and systems. While prior aviation experience is valued, relevant assembly and fabrication skills gained through education or previous employment will also be considered.

ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Disassemble, clean, restore, fabricate, and reassemble aircraft structures using both contemporary and historical methods
  • Learn to interpret aircraft blueprints and technical documentation accurately
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to enhance technical skills and elevate workmanship standards
  • Maintain an efficient work pace while adhering to established quality benchmarks to support on-time project delivery
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment in assigned areas
  • Assume additional duties as required to support team objectives
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Consistent punctuality and attendance
  • Daily proficiency with computer-based systems and online software
  • Strict adherence to all safety protocols, work regulations, and drug & alcohol testing policies
  • Clear proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Physical capability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Provide personal basic hand tools

COMPENSATION:

$18-$25/hr
