Executive Communications Designer

SUMMARY:

AirCorps Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Executive Communications Designer to directly support the CEO in crafting compelling visual and written communications. This role blends strategic storytelling, presentation design, and light operational coordination to ensure the CEO’s vision is communicated clearly and powerfully across internal and external audiences. You will also help in the execution of brochures, posters, tradeshow material and reprinting of marketing inventory.

The ideal candidate is both a strong designer and a thoughtful communicator — someone who understands how to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging materials while operating with discretion and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Presentation & Visual Storytelling
  • Design high-impact presentations for board meetings, investor updates, strategic planning sessions, customer briefings, and industry event
  • Translate technical, operational, and financial information into clear, visually compelling narratives
  • Create executive-level reports, briefing documents, and visual summaries
  • Maintain visual consistency across executive communications
Strategic Communications Support
  • Partner closely with the CEO to refine messaging and narrative structure
  • Draft and edit executive communications including speeches, internal updates, announcements, and strategic memos
  • Develop key messaging frameworks for company initiatives
  • Support thought leadership materials and public-facing communications as needed
Operational & Administrative Support (Light)
  • Coordinate presentation logistics and materials for executive meetings
  • Organize communication assets and templates
  • Assist in preparing materials for key stakeholders
  • Manage document workflows and version control

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–7 years of experience in communications design, presentation design, or executive communications
  • Exceptional presentation design skills (Mainly Google Slides)
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is needed to help with other marketing material
  • Strong written communication and editing abilities
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear visual narratives
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working with senior leadership preferred
